Next to the pool, you will find a pool house that is available to all of our residents to rent out for hosting an event.

Have a collector car or historic car and need a garage? Or do you just need some storage space? Winfield Farms offers one car garage units for residents to rent monthly. The garage units are conveniently located in the middle of the parking lot, right outside of the apartment buildings.

Pet Friendly

We are pet friendly in certain designated apartments and buildings. No aggressive breeds or puppies. All pets should be less than 50lbs and vaccinated. Non-refundable pet deposit and $30 per month fee.
